Kenya – Nigeria’s singer and song writer Wizkid will be gracing the 4th edition of the Barbeque Live at the KICC in Kenya this Friday.
The rapper, real name Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, landed in the country yesterday. He is expected to address the media on Friday afternoon.
He took to social media to alert all his female fans.
“Will need one of my girlfriend to hook me up in Kenya! We on our way!”
In an exclusive interview with Word Is, the event organisers said they have set a one-of-a-kind concert for Wizkid’s Kenyan fans.
“There will be tight security, we won’t allow people to idle around. There is ample parking, too.”
They went on to tell food lovers: “There will be lots of drinks and nyama choma. Virgin drinks will also be available.”
However, the concert is out of bounds for underage children.
“Children under the age of 18 are strictly not allowed,” they said.
Among those expected to grace the occasion are Digiri hitmaker Willy Paul, the legendary Nameless, Sema Ngwe hitmaker Fena Gitu, Grandpa Records first lady Gin Ideal, Tracy Wanjiru, Martin Kimathi and Kiss FM’s Shaffie Weru.
